Hi, I am Kiril. Product Experience Designer.

Empathy and a commitment to understanding users sit at the core of my 18 years career. I specialise in data driven product design and bridging the connection between user needs and business objectives. Versatility and a wider understanding of how products get built let me cut errors, reduce friction and shorten the path from launch to revenue.

I am a natural team player and I work well with cross-functional teams. I have worked with diverse groups across fintech, crypto, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, SaaS and e-commerce. I work in Figma and Miro, Jira (just a few to mention), and I specialise in Lean UX within Agile teams. I lead design initiatives against clear targets, dropping support inquiries, cutting operational costs and holding high quality standards.

I constantly learn and adapt. I recently enhanced my skills in accessibility and generative AI. As a driven individual I believe that my success is intertwined with the success of the business.

I live in Dublin, Ireland and travel occasionally for projects and talks. I enjoy teaching and learning from entrepreneurs and UX designers on topics such as earning user trust, win customers and increase conversion through great online service and design.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, physical training and architecture.
